1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information when you interact with our App, including:

• Account Information: When you sign up, we collect information such as your username and email address.
• Technical Data: We may collect information such as your IP address, browser type, and operating system for security and analytics purposes.
• Email Engagement Data: When we send you an email, we record whether it was opened and whether you clicked a link in it, together with the time, your IP address, approximate location, and email client. See Section 3 below.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App's functionality and user experience.
• Communicate with you about updates, support, or account-related issues.
• Measure whether the emails we send are opened and acted on, so that we can send fewer and more useful ones.

3. Email Communications and Tracking

We send emails to the address associated with your account, covering things such as getting set up, support, and billing. These are delivered through Zoho ZeptoMail, which acts as our email provider.

Our emails contain a small invisible image, commonly called a tracking pixel, and links that are routed through our email provider. These let us record whether a message was opened, when it was opened, which links were clicked, and technical details such as your IP address, approximate location, and email client. We use this only to understand whether our emails are worth sending. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it.

You can stop open tracking by configuring your email client to block remote images, and avoid click tracking by not following links in our emails. If you would rather we disabled tracking for your address, or stopped emailing you other than where strictly necessary to run your account, contact us at the address in Section 10 and we will do so.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information:

• With service providers who help us operate and provide the App, such as hosting and database services.
• With Zoho Corporation, which delivers our email through ZeptoMail and processes email engagement data on our behalf.
• If required by law or to comply with a legal obligation, protect the rights and safety of our users, or in response to a request from government authorities.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Any historical market data you upload is handled solely to enable your use of the App and is not shared, redistributed, or used for any other purpose. If you wish to delete your account, please contact us, and we will delete your data as required by law or our internal policies.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You may have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. You may also ask us to disable email tracking for your address, or to stop sending you emails that are not strictly necessary to run your account. To exercise these rights, please contact us. We will respond to your request in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child, we will delete it as soon as possible.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will notify you by revising the “Last Updated” date at the top of the policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our practices.
